Your first ₹1,000 of ad spend should buy learning
Early spend isn't meant to make money. It's meant to tell you which message, audience and offer survive contact with real people.
The first week of a campaign has one job: find out which of your assumptions was wrong. Treating it as a revenue week sets everyone up to defend the wrong things.
What the small budget should answer
- Which of the four messages earned the most qualified clicks
- Which search terms we never want to pay for again
- Whether the landing page converts at all before we send more traffic
Once those answers exist, scaling is arithmetic instead of optimism. Until then, every rupee spent on volume is a rupee spent confirming something you guessed.
